Spicy Garlic Prawns
- 100g butter
- 1 Tbsp roughly ground Tweed Real Food Fire & Spice Grinder Salt
- 1kg peeled green prawns, with tails intact
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- Chopped fresh dill
- Crusty bread, sliced, brushed with oil, char grilled, to serve
Heat BBQ flat grill plate to medium-high heat, alternatively a frypan is suitable.
Add the prawns and season generously with ground Fire & Spice Grinder Salt.
Cook, stirring, for 3-4 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked through.
Add the lime juice and dill to the prawn mixture and toss to combine.
Serve with crusty bread.
