Smokey Cue Rib Marinade
INGREDIENTS
2kg ribs
¾ cup bbq sauce
½ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup tomato paste
¼ cup red wine vinegar (for richer flavour substitute with Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash)
1-2tbsp Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue
METHOD
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl.
Rub on ribs and allow to marinate for up to 24hours.
Remove from fridge and cook low for 2 hours uncovered and 1 hour covered with foil.
Meat should almost fall off bones when picked up.
Can be used for roasts, ribs, chicken wings.

The best rib marinade I’ve ever used ( I’ve tried a tonne of them) & you’ll ever eat. I used beef ribs and I like things a little spicy so added extra Smokey Cue. I could imagine drenching this over chicken or pork also. An absolute winner! I love this product.
