Seasoned Ultra Crispy Baked Potato Wedges
INGREDIENTS3 large scrubbed potatoes
⅓ cup Olive Oil
1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Chicken and Chips Salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Thoroughly wash potatoes, cut in half, and slice into wedges.
Toss wedges in olive oil and Chicken and Chips Salt. Place on a baking sheet, skin side down. Bake for approximately 40-50 minutes.
The oven fresh, perfect side dish and great with everything from Chicken Roast to a juicy steak dinner.
Tip: For fluffy wedges, use a waxy potato like Red potatoes, or Yukon Gold (although Russets will work too).
