Oven Roasted Garlic And Beetroot
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 6 beets, peeled and halved
- 12 garlic cloves
- 2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Chicken & Chips Salt
METHOD
Preheat oven to 200 degrees
Coat beets in olive oil and Chicken & Chips Salt
Roast for 30 minutes
Remove from oven and coat in Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar
Cook for a further 15 minutes or until soft
Note: The garlic will be soft and just pop out of the skin, the flavour is very mild compared to raw garlic.
