Lime Pepper BBQ Corn
INGREDIENTS
100g butter, softened
1 Tbsp smoked paprika
1 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt, ground
¼ coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley
6 corn cobs, husks and silk removed
METHOD
Combine the butter, paprika, ground Lime & Pepper Grinder Salt and parsley in a small bowl.
Heat a barbecue grill or char grill on medium-high. Cook, turning occasionally, for 10 mins or until corn is tender and lightly charred.
Remove from heat, top with the butter mixture. Best served and eaten immediately.
Tip: Insert skewers in the ends to make it easier to eat!
