Lamb Burgers with Lime Pepper Yogurt Sauce
- 4 burger buns
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Garlic Rosemary Rub
- 1 egg
- 125g breadcrumbs
- 2 tomatoes
- 5 large pickles
- 1 large red onion
- Mixed lettuce leaves
- Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 cup of greek yogurt
- Juice of half a lime
- 1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt
Combine into a bowl lamb mince, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and Garlic Rosemary Rub, using your hands combine and shape 4 patties.
Thinly slice tomatoes, red onion and pickles.
Combine greek yogurt and Lime Pepper Grinder Salt.
Heat grill plate or bbq to medium-high heat and cook burger patties for 5 minutes each side or until cooked through.
Assemble burgers beginning with burger bun base, mixed lettuce leaves, sliced tomato, sliced onion, sliced pickles and burger patty.
Top with Lime Pepper Yogurt Sauce and lid of burger bun.
Serve with Crispy Rosemary Garlic Chips
