I had a packet of your samplers so I decided to give this recipe a whirl using the BBQ Master Rub. I tweaked the meatballs and used 50 beef/50 pork and a lovely bottle of cherry tomato passata plus a can of tomatoes and OMG it was absolutely divine! Will definitely be adding this spice to my repertoire :-)
