Family Friendly Tacos
1 Tbls olive oil
1 medium brown onion, finely chopped
1-2 Tbls Tweed Real Food Fiesta Mexicana Seasoning
500g beef mince
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can of kidney beans
10 jumbo taco shells
4 large iceberg lettuce leaves, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
½ cup Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry onion for 3 minutes or until softened.
Add mince. Cook, stirring with a wooden spoon to break up mince, for 8 minutes or until browned.
Add 1-2 Tablespoons Fiesta Mexicana Seasoning and stir, for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
Add crushed tomato and kidney beans. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until sauce has thickened.
Meanwhile, heat taco shells following packet directions. Divide beef mixture evenly between taco shells.
Top with Sour Cream, lettuce and chopped tomato. Enjoy!
