Homemade Blueberry Sauce

2 cups frozen blueberries
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
4 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Cheeseboard Splash


Combine the blueberries, water, sugar and vinegar in a small-sized saucepan over medium-high heat.

Bring to a boil; lower heat and gently simmer.

Once mixture reduces by half, remove from heat

Serve warm over fresh pancakes or allow to cool before storing in fridge.
