Grilled Spicy Lamb Chops
- 8 trimmed lean lamb cutlets (or required amount for serving)
- 4 Tsp Tweed Real Food Fire & Spice Grinder Salt, ground
*Recommended 1/2 Tsp per lamb cutlet, however this can be suited to your taste.
*Optional to also combine 1/2 Tsp Tweed Real Food Garlic Rosemary Rub or Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue BBQ Rub for additional flavour.
Simply rub lamb cutlets with a little olive oil and ground Fire & Spice Grinder Salt.
Leave in fridge for an hour to marinate (optional).
Heat cast iron grill plate or suited pan over high heat and wait until pan is smoking hot.
Unless they are cut particularly thick or you want to achieve a well done cutlet.
Grill for no longer than 3 minutes on each side, leave to rest covered in aluminium foil for 3 minutes and serve.
