Grilled Asparagus with Balsamic
¼ cup Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar
3 bunches asparagus
Butter or extra virgin olive oil to toss
Peel of 1 lemon
¼ cup shaved parmesan cheese
Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Salt (crushed)
Toss the asparagus in the olive oil or melted butter and Lime Pepper Salt.
Preheat grill until hot and cook asparagus for 1-2minutes each side or until lightly charred and tender.
Transfer to a serving plate and top with lemon peel, parmesan, Lime Pepper Salt and a drizzle of Bourbon Maple Splash Balsamic Vinegar.
