Fusion Spare Ribs
1kg pork spare ribs
1-2tbsp Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue Rub
¼ cup Hoisin Sauce
3tbsp pure honey
1tbsp lime juice
Steamed rice to serve
Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt
Rub Tweed Real Food Smokey Cue Rub onto spare ribs.
Refrigerate up to 48hours.
Mix hoisin sauce, honey, lime juice and a little ground Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt together.
Place ribs into a baking dish and pour mix over ribs ensuring all are covered.
Cover dish with aluminum foil.
Place in preheated oven (180) or hooded BBQ for 30-40mins.
I like to remove and char slightly on BBQ for the rich caramelisation, or remove foil from dish for final 10mins of cooking.
Serve on steamed rice, seasoned with Tweed Real Food Lime Pepper Grinder Salt.
