Fiery Chicken Drumsticks
- 12 Chicken drumsticks, skin removed
- 2 Tbsp Honey
- 2 Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Honey Garlic Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Louisiana BBQ Rub
- 1 heaped Tsp Tweed Real Food Fire & Spice Grinder Salt, ground
In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients well, whisk with a fork until well combined.
Marinate chicken drumsticks by coating them in the mixture and refrigerating for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for optimal flavour results.
Pre heat oven to 190 degrees.
Line drumsticks across a large baking dish, roast for 30 minutes, turn over and increase heat to 200 degrees. Roast for a further 20 minutes. Drumsticks should be nicely browned and the juices will run clear if cooked through.
Maximum cooking time one hour, for large drumsticks, avoid cooking longer or the chicken will be dry.
