BBQ Master Marinade
1 brown onion finelydiced
2tbsp tomato paste
1tsp Worcestershire sauce, (or substitute with Tweed Real Food Bourbon Maple Splash)
If making patties, mold to desired shape and thickness and wrap in cling and place in fridge for up to 24hours.
Remove cling before cooking, and cook as normal.
All around perfection in a bottle.
Rub onto meat and enjoy, simplicity at it’s finest.
Add to meatballs, hamburger patties to give a rich flavour.
