Crispy Rosemary & Garlic Chips
2kg potatoes, thickly sliced
2-3 Tbsp frying oil
1 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Garlic & Rosemary rub
Steam the potatoes until partially cooked (approx. 5min).
Mix the potatoes with the oil and add Garlic & Rosemary rub in a large bowl.
Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and cook the potato for 2-3 mins each side until golden.
Season with salt and serve.
Tip: Fry potatoes in batches for crispier skin or use BBQ.
