Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Cookies

Cinnamon Snickerdoodle Cookies

INGREDIENTS

- 3 cups all-purpose, plain flour
- 2 Tsp cream of tartar
- 1 Tsp baking soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup butter, soft
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1.5 Tsp Tweed Real Food Cookies & Crumble Baking Blend
- 1 Tsp vanilla essence / extract
- Pinch of salt
- Additional Tsp Tweed Real Food Cookies & Crumble Baking Spice combined with 3 Tbsp raw or brown sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 190 degrees and prepare to baking trays with baking paper.
In a bowl, mix together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, Cookies & Crumble Baking Spice and salt. Set aside. 
In a separate bowl, using an electric or hand held mixer, cream together sugar and butter. 

Add eggs and vanilla and mix until all combined, fluffy and creamy. 

Add dry ingredients and mix well until a thick dough has formed.
Shape dough into 2.5 cm round balls.

Roll in the cinnamon sugar (1 Tsp Tweed Real Food Cookies & Crumble Baking Spice combined with 3 Tbsp raw or brown sugar)
Place 5cm apart on baking paper and bake for 8 minutes or until lightly gold.
Let cool before devouring!
