Blueberry French Toast
- 100g of butter
- A fresh loaf of bread, sliced thick into 8 slices
- 4 large eggs, whisked
- 1/2 Tsp of cinnamon powder
- 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, defrosted if frozen
- 2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar
Add cinnamon to whisked egg and pour half of the egg onto large plate
Heat a large fry pan over medium-high heat
Add approx 25 grams of butter to pan and let melt
Simultaneously, soak bread slices in egg mix, turning over to ensure bread is soaked in egg.
Fry bread in butter and repeat process, until the butter and egg are used up and bread is fried.
Serve with blueberries and drizzle with Cheeseboard Splash Balsamic Vinegar.
