- 2 large chicken breasts (or suited amount based on serving needs)
- Juice of 1 lime or lemon
- 2 Tbsp Tweed Real Food Chicken & Chips Salt
- 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil METHOD
Trim chicken breasts of any fat or gristle, coat each in a light layer of oilive oil and the Chicken & Chips Salt.
Heat BBQ open grill to medium-high, once hot, grill breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through, as they cook baste in lime juice.
To achieve a delicious charcoal flavour avoid turning chicken too frequently, ideally turn once.
